an “A” leadership rating in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) 2025 Supplier
Engagement Assessment (SEA) – marking the second consecutive year we have
achieved this prestigious recognition.
The SEA assesses performance on climate governance,
emissions reduction targets, scope 3 emissions, and value chain engagement.
This recognition highlights Winpak’s ongoing commitment to advancing meaningful
climate action in collaboration with our suppliers.
Why is this important? An organization’s upstream emissions
are typically 11 times greater than emissions from their own direct operations.
Building strong partnerships with suppliers and working together toward shared
sustainability goals is essential to driving measurable impact and achieving
long-term emissions reduction targets.
