Winpak is traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol WPK.

Winpak pays a quarterly dividend. Please refer to the Press Release section of this website to know the amount and payment date of the most recent dividend.

All dividends paid by Winpak are "eligible dividends" as defined by the Income Tax Act.

Winpak's Annual Meeting is usually held in the later part of April, but the date is subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Once the Annual Meeting date has been set it is posted to the Events & Presentations section of this website.

KPMG LLP serve as Winpak’s independent auditors.

Quarterly financial reports are typically released in the fourth week following the close of the fiscal quarter and about two months following the close of the fiscal year. 

Winpak has one class of Authorized Capital Stock comprising unlimited voting common shares. As at March 29, 2026, the Company had 58,662,500 issued and fully paid voting common shares outstanding.

Antti I. Aarnio-Wihuri, Chairman, Wihuri International Oy owns or controls 34,225,300 of the issued and fully paid voting common shares. Each common share has an equal right to receive dividends and to share in the net remaining proceeds of the Company upon dissolution or winding-up.
