Learning and Development Summer Student

We are looking for students who are currently enrolled in a Business Administration program at a university level. This position will gain valuable experience and direct exposure to Human Resources and Training & Development operations in a manufacturing environment. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who will assist us in creating success for themselves and Winpak.

Provide a wide range of support for the day-to-day operations of the Learning and Development Team’s functions and duties. Assist in projects and tasks in the following areas: training and administrative support, organizational knowledge capture, analysis, assessment and storage.


Completion of the first year of their educational program, preferably with Business Administration specialization.
Strong administration and organization skills with attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency with MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
A quick learner who is technically savvy, and can adapt to and learn new software.
A great attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
Available from May until end of August 2023, 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
