Winpak has a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to assist customers in maintaining Winpak packaging machines in peak operating condition. The program is designed to ensure expected equipment lifetimes are attained.

The program consists of:

• In-depth daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance recommendations for customers
• In-depth periodic preventive maintenance inspections by a Winpak field service engineer which includes:
  • A performance review of equipment
  • A review of the preventive maintenance program
  • A thorough inspection of equipment
  • Maintenance training during the inspection
  • Routine repairs and adjustments
  • A comprehensive written report
