Blister Foil

One of Winpak's major competitive advantages is its foil handling expertise. Health care customers can choose from a variety of FDA approved blister foil for most common applications. As well, Winpak's dedicated team of product development engineers can create innovative materials on a versatile in-house pilot line.

Child-Resistant Blister Lidding

By securing the licensing rights from Reynolds Packaging for specific child-resistant blister lidding materials, Winpak accelerated its further entrance into the pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging industry. Winpak offers numerous flexible lidding structures for blister packaging with known and respected brand names such as Drug-Pak® and Safety-Pak®. Within the Safety-Pak® family is Winpak's child-resistant material called Safety-Pak® Plus.

Pouchstock

Recent capital investments have equipped Winpak with the most modern and efficient lamination and coating capabilities in the industry. Base structures can be manufactured on 20 inch, 40 inch or 60 inch equipment, thereby offering the highest level of exacting tolerances coupled with high-speed economical output. Laminations combine various substrates such as paper, foil and film with polymeric layers for optimal performance. Winpak has a reputation for customizing packaging materials for a variety of pouch packaging applications such as:
